The international mobility program represents a key pillar of our activities, aiming to provide young people with non-formal education in a pan-European context. We regularly design and implement international youth exchanges, training courses, and specialized professional stays, primarily within renowned European grant frameworks such as Erasmus+ or the Tandem program. Thanks to these opportunities, participants discover different cultures, build connections across Europe, and gain experience that they subsequently bring back home. Development of key competencies: Through intensive experiential learning and non-formal methods, participants gain practical skills, the ability to work in transnational teams, and a deeper insight into European issues. Intercultural dialogue and networking: The stays create a safe space for exploring diverse cultures and building lasting personal and professional contacts across the continent. Transfer of good practice to the regions: Upon their return, participants actively apply the acquired knowledge, insights, and experience in their home communities in the Czech Republic—in exact alignment with the idea that originally sparked the creation of Young Europeans.
