BOOST: Your Future Skills aims to enable young people to navigate the rapidly changing world of work by developing future-oriented competences such as AI literacy, critical thinking, adaptability, digital collaboration and problem solving. Through innovative and participatory non-formal learning methods, participants will enhance their employability, strengthen their lifelong learning mindset and become more confident in shaping their educational, professional and entrepreneurial pathways.
Throughout the youth exchange, participants from Czech Republic, Greece, North Macedonia, Portugal, Türkiye, Hungary, Poland and Romania will engage in workshops, simulations, discussions, intercultural activities, collaborative challenges and practical projects designed to connect future skills with real-life opportunities and challenges.
We are looking for a team, of 4 participants aged 18 to 26 years old and 1 team leader aged 18 years old and more, consisting of Czechs or foreigners living, studying or working in the Czech Republic.
The youth exchange will take place in Vatra Dornei (Argestru), Romania, from 17 September to 27 September 2026, including travel days.
