Mladoevropani (Young Europeans) is an independent non-profit organization focused on non-formal youth education, promoting active citizenship, and building a sustainable future.

Our mission

Our mission is to build a Europe capable of preserving its freedom, democracy, and security. A Europe where moral values do not yield to fear, and where cooperation does not give way to nationalism. A Europe where young people have the power to choose their own path and are provided with abundant opportunities for personal growth and self-fulfillment.

Our work centers on giving the younger generation opportunities to develop, both in Czechia and across Europe. We broaden horizons by connecting youth across the continent, open doors through thematic projects, and, above all, offer a community of young Europeans who care about the world around them. Whether we want to change the world for the better or simply discover a better version of ourselves, it’s always easier alongside inspiring people.

Our story

Mladoevropani was founded in 2022 by four young people who set out to share their experiences from youth exchanges, training courses, and study visits with their peers.

We’ve come a long way since then.

Over the years, an amazing community of like-minded people has grown around Mladoevropani, allowing us to expand our capacity and reach. Beyond youth exchanges, we’ve launched long-term projects focused on combating disinformation, boosting youth employability, supporting entrepreneurship, aiding young Ukrainians in Czechia, and promoting the inclusion of people with fewer opportunities. Alongside our international projects, we host regular local activities in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region. Active Citizenship and Sustainability
