As one of the founding members, Tomáš has served Mladoevropani since 2022 as a project manager, facilitator, and vice president of the organization.
Tomáš holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Masaryk University and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in International Studies and Diplomacy. His primary areas of interest include international relations and cooperation, European integration, and related global affairs topics. From 2023 to 2024, he completed a Schuman Traineeship at the European Parliament Liaison Office in the Czech Republic.
He has been active in project management and non-formal education since 2016, building his foundational skills in high school as a leader on youth exchanges, training courses, and volunteer initiatives. Since then, he has consistently focused on organizing educational events for young people—with a emphasis on inclusive projects for participants with fewer opportunities and the development of international partnerships. At Mladoevropani, Tomáš also mentors interns and leads volunteers.
