As one of the founding members, Michal has served Mladoevropani since 2022 as a project manager, facilitator, and vice president of the organization.
He has been dedicated to project management and non-formal education since 2016, when he began leading youth groups in international exchanges, professional training courses, and volunteer projects during high school. A major milestone came in 2019, when he co-created and fully organized his own project, Communicative Yourope. Since then, he has designed and implemented a wide range of international initiatives, with a strong focus on cross-border cooperation and the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities. Michal brings extensive experience in facilitating diverse educational activities, ranging from specialized seminars to hands-on workshops and exchange programs.
