Prague Study Visit | Smartphone for Employability
The Smartphone for Employability project (Prague, January 29 – February 3) was a great experience for me. It was a study visit attended not only by the Czech team but also by participants from North Macedonia and Romania. Throughout the entire program, there was a wonderful atmosphere that encouraged sharing experiences and insights.
During the project, we learned a lot of useful information. We learned how to effectively improve our CVs, what Europass actually is, and how we can use it in practice. An interesting highlight was an introduction to a new startup that uses artificial intelligence to conduct the first round of job interviews, which opens up new opportunities for both applicants and employers. Another big benefit was the information provided by the European Development Agency about opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs, which was inspiring for all participants.
As part of the practical section, we worked together to create a brochure focused on navigating the job market. During its creation, we provided each other with constructive feedback, which helped us improve the final result. At the end of the project, we worked on producing videos to accompany the brochure, allowing it to be presented in a modern and interactive way.
The project wasn’t just about work – an important part was also intercultural exchange. We discussed our cultures and enjoyed great food in restaurants. These moments were perfect for getting to know each other better and further strengthened the friendly atmosphere. Overall, I rate the project very positively. It not only gave me lots of useful skills but also new contacts and inspiration. It was a great opportunity that broadened my horizons, and I will certainly remember it for a long time!
