Project report

From 24 to 28 September, the picturesque coastal town of Paralia Katerini in Greece became a hub of inspiration and collaboration when 18 organisations from across Europe came together for a Partnership Building Event (PBA). The event brought together enthusiastic youth workers, project managers and coordinators with the common goal of forging new partnerships and preparing for the upcoming Erasmus+ deadline in February.

The programme was filled with dynamic workshops, discussions and networking sessions where participants exchanged best practices, explored innovative project ideas and laid the foundations for future cooperation. Organisations focused on tackling the key challenges facing young people in Europe and worked tirelessly to develop concrete project proposals that are in line with Erasmus+ priorities.

One of the key outcomes of the event was the establishment of strong partnerships that will lead to the implementation of Erasmus+ projects with impact in the coming year. These projects are expected to address important themes such as social inclusion, digital transformation, employability and sustainability, while promoting active citizenship and intercultural dialogue among European youth.

Participants also took time to explore the beautiful surroundings of Paralia Katerini and formed bonds not only as colleagues but also as friends. The spirit of cooperation and common purpose was evident throughout the event and left everyone energized and motivated to put their ideas into practice.
