Project report
“Let the Light Spread” Erasmus+ Training course was held in Kalamata, Greece between 15. – 19. 1. 2024. It was immersive experience with the topic “social enterprise (SE)”.
First day we spent with teambuilding, icebreaking and get-to-know-names activities together with learning key competences for E+ projects.
Second day, we presented our NGOs, their aims, history, work,… followed by some short theory behing the social entrepreneurship in general. Then we were sharing examples of SE in our countries and presented some of them via theatre.
Third day we starting with visiting local SEs and organizations that are cooperating with them. In the afternoon we created marketing plan for some of these SEs in order to boost their revenues. In the evening we presented our countries on the intercultural night.
Fourth day, we “created” our own SE with complete business plan in the Kalamata region and presented this plan to the “investors”. Afternoon was free so we headed to the beach.
Last day we put together ideas for some other E+ projects, evaluated the whole program, got our Youthpass certificates and closed the project.
