HI AI - Use Tech, but still Be a Human!

The core of the project in Câmpina, Romania, in which our participants took part, was the contrast between technology – led by the phenomenon of artificial intelligence – and organic human life and thinking. This resulted in a number of diverse activities, thanks to which the participants got something from both “worlds”.

During the activities, but also outside of them, interpersonal communication played a key role, during which a mutually enriching plurality of opinions and attitudes manifested itself. It was mixed with the technical side, for example, in the debate on ethics and the application of artificial intelligence or the presentation of the technological industry and the curiosities of the individual participating countries.

The group fully immersed themselves in technology, for example, during a course on working with a 3D printing program. In contrast, the program also included purely humanitarian activities, including, for example, a lecture on empathy. There was also a full-day excursion to the city of Brașov and its surroundings.

The result of the project was the joining of two seemingly opposite poles and the orientation between them, which is currently much needed.
